Wan-seo, Ji-sung, Seon-nyeo, Yak-seon and Gi-dong, who each received heart, lung, kidney, liver and cornea transplants from a mysterious organ donor, receive superpowers and form a team.

The five ordinary people, who developed their superpowers after receiving organ transplants from a previously superpowered being, fighting against another psychic, who also gained the power through transplant and covets their powers.
